SWISS DAYBOOK: Credit Suisse, Nestle, Burckhardt Compression

Sept. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Credit Suisse Group AG is investigating employees of its U.S. desk for ignoring the bank’s rules for U.S. customers, including sending e-mails from private addresses, and for lying to the company’s lawyers, Tages-Anzeiger reported, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
