Yen Weakens Against Dollar, Euro After Moody’s Cuts Japan Rating

The yen weakened after Moody’s Investors Service lowered its credit rating on Japan’s government.

The Japanese currency declined to 76.73 per dollar as of 8:06 a.m. in Tokyo, from 76.66 yesterday in New York. The yen was at 110.77 against the euro from 110.70.
