Aug. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Jubilee Holdings Ltd., an insurer with operations in five African nations, rose for a fourth day, the longest stretch of gains in 2 1/2 months, after first-half profit through June increased 35 percent as revenue climbed.
The insurer’s shares added 0.6 percent to 182 shillings as of 12:38 p.m. in the capital, Nairobi, the longest winning streak since May 23.
Profit before tax for the six months though June advanced to 781 million shillings ($8.47 million) from 580 million shillings a year earlier, the company said in an e-mailed statement yesterday.
