Israel’s TA-25 Index dropped for a second day this week, declining 0.6 percent to 1,255.04 at the 4:30 p.m. close in Tel Aviv. Investors traded about 1.03 billion shekels ($302 million) in shares and convertible securities, according to Tel Aviv Stock Exchange data.

AudioCodes Ltd. (AUDC IT) increased 1.7 percent to 18.49 shekels, the highest level since July 5. The maker of products for voice-over-packet networks said second-quarter net income almost doubled to $4 million from $2.1 million a year earlier.
Fundtech Ltd. (FNDT IT) rose the most since June 15, advancing 5.4 percent to 63.65 shekels. The Tel Aviv traded shares of the provider of software to financial institutions are catching up with their Nasdaq-listed counterparts.
Kamor Motors Ltd. (KMRS IT) surged to the highest on record, soaring 20 percent to 18.48 shekels. Kamor Ltd. (KMOR IT) agreed to sell its controlling stake in the importer and marketer of BMW vehicles to Delek Automotive Systems Ltd. (DLEA IT) for 20 shekels a share. Kamor Ltd. fell 0.3 percent to 9.523 shekels. Delek Automotive slipped 1.7 percent to 36.67 shekels.
