July 6 (Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies whose shares may have unusual price changes in Paris. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names and prices are from the last close.
France’s benchmark CAC 40 Index fell 0.6 percent to 3,978.83, while the broader SBF 120 Index declined 0.6 percent to 3,001.84.
Credit Agricole SA (ACA FP): France’s third-largest bank named Bernard Delpit, a former adviser to the office of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, as its chief financial officer, replacing Bertrand Badre, who is leaving the group. Since June 2009, Delpit has been deputy chief executive officer and CFO of La Poste, the French state-owned mail service. The shares fell 2.9 percent to 10.35 euros.
Custom Solutions SA (ALSOL FP): The marketing consulting company reported first-half profit of 880,000 euros versus 885,000 euros in the same period a year ago. The shares were unchanged at 6.14 euros.
HighCo (HCO FP): The marketing and communications consultant said it bought 48.25 percent of POS Media Europe and all of Multi Resource Marketing. The shares gained 0.5 percent to 8.52 euros.
Scor SE (SCR FP): France’s largest reinsurer said it is boosting its capital as it draws 75 million euros ($108 million) from a natural-catastrophe financial coverage facility provided by UBS AG since the start of the year. The shares fell 0.8 percent to 19.55 euros.
