June 30 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may have unusual price changes in Benelux markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the previous close.
The Netherlands’ AEX-Index increased 1.6 percent to 335.28. Belgium’s Bel20 Index rose 2.2 percent to 2,547.93. Luxembourg’s LuxX Index gained 1.7 percent to 1,397.40.
Fluxys SA (FLUX BB): Fluxys G, the largest shareholder of Belgium’s natural-gas grid manager, said it will take a 25 percent stake in a terminal being developed to import liquefied natural gas at the port of Dunkirk in a project with Electricite de France SA and Total SA. Fluxys fell 0.9 percent to 2,790 euros.
KBC Groep NV (KBC BB): The private-equity unit of Belgium’s biggest bank and insurer by market value agreed to sell its 20 percent stake in Top Brands, the holding company for Pizza Hut operations in Belgium and France, to Top Brands management for an undisclosed sum. KBC gained 2.6 percent to 25.82 euros.
Ablynx NV (ABLX BB): The Belgian developer of drugs based on antibodies found in llamas said it started a Phase I clinical trial with its ALX-0651 nanobody for use in stem-cell treatment. The shares fell 1.3 percent to 8.50 euros.
