June 29 (Bloomberg) -- Top-ranked India reduced West Indies to 30-3 on the opening day of the second cricket Test after suffering two batting collapses to be all out for 201.
The touring team, which leads the best-of-three series 1-0, removed Adrian Barath, Lendl Simmons and Darren Bravo in the final session at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados.
West Indies bowlers Devendra Bishoo, Ravi Rampaul and Fidel Edwards earlier claimed three wickets apiece as India slumped to 44-4 at lunch and then 201 all out after losing its last five wickets for 34 runs. VVS Laxman top scored with 85.
India has never won two Tests in a series in the Caribbean. The final match is scheduled July 6-10 in Dominica.
