Cellcom, Discount, Atia, Biocell, El Al: Israeli Equity Preview

June 28 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall in Israeli markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names and prices are from the last close unless otherwise stated.

The TA-25 Index gained 0.6 percent to 1,209.23 in Tel Aviv.

Ananey Communications Ltd. (ANAC IT): The developer and producer of television channels and programs offered to buy its publicly held shares at 3.35 shekels each and 4.27 million shekels ($1.2 million) of bonds for 4.48 million shekels. Ananey fell 0.9 percent to 3.17 shekels.

Atia Group Ltd. (ATIA IT): Shares of the real-estate development company may be suspended from trading July 3 if its financial results aren’t refiled. Atia dropped 2.3 percent to 0.215 shekel.

Biocell Ltd. (BCEL IT): The venture capital firm that invests in the life sciences industry is in initial talks for a cooperation agreement with a drug developer. Biocell advanced 0.5 percent to 27.30 shekels.

Discount Investment Corp. (DISI IT): Billionaire Nochi Dankner’s holding company is considering selling a 5 percent stake in Cellcom Israel Ltd. (CEL IT). Discount increased 0.8 percent to 49 shekels. Cellcom lost 1.1 percent to 95.97 shekels.

El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (ELAL IT): The national carrier is in talks to buy Israir Airlines from IDB Holding Corp. (IDBH IT), TheMarker reported, citing unidentified individuals at the two companies. El Al dropped 0.9 percent to 0.964 shekel.
