Abertis, Ence, Faes Farma, Galp Energia: Iberian Equity Preview

June 22 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may have unusual price changes in Spanish and Portuguese trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are from the previous close.

Spain’s IBEX 35 Index rose 1.9 percent to 10,231.90. Portugal’s PSI-20 Index climbed 1.3 percent to 7,199.65.

Spanish stocks:

Abertis Infraestructuras SA (ABE SM): La Caixa said it would accept Saba Infraestructuras SA shares in lieu of dividends from Abertis Infraestructuras SA. Abertis rose 2 percent to 15.50 euros.

Faes Farma SA (FAE SM): The pharmaceuticals company said it expects its pretax profit to be 50 percent higher in 2013 than in 2010. The shares dropped 0.7 percent to 2.18 euros.

Grupo Empresarial Ence SA (ENC SM): The pulp maker said it lined up financing to build a 50-megawatt capacity biomass plant in Huelva, southern Spain. The shares fell 1.2 percent to 2.49 euros.

Portuguese stocks:

Galp Energia SGPS SA (GALP PL): June 22 is the last day to buy shares of Portugal’s biggest oil-and-gas company with the rights to the final dividend of 14 euro cents a share. Galp rose 3.1 percent to 15.24 euros.
