East Delta Electricity Seeking $303 Million Loan, Mal Reports

June 14 (Bloomberg) -- Egypt’s East Delta Electricity Production Co. is in talks with local banks for a 1.8 billion-pound ($303 million) loan to finance a 650-megawatt power plant in Suez, Al Mal reported, without saying how it obtained the information.

The company approached banks including the National Bank of Egypt and Commercial International Bank SAE, according to the newspaper.
