June 9 (Bloomberg) -- Metinvest Holding LLC is studying the possibility of buying Ukraine’s Alchevskiy and Dniprovsky steel plants, as well as considering the purchase of a stake in their owner Industrial Union of Donbass, Interfax Ukraine reported.
The Kiev-based newswire cited a person it didn’t identify.
Metinvest is 75 percent-owned by System Capital Management Group, held by Ukraine’s richest man Rinat Akhmetov.
