Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 index rose 709.89, or 1.1 percent, to 63,516.83 yesterday.
Rhea Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi AS (RHEAG TI): The Turkish venture capital investment trust plans to sell 27.6 million new shares to investors, it said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange after the market closed yesterday. Rhea Girisim dropped 7 kurus, or 1.5 percent, to 4.56 liras.
Yapi Kredi Sigorta AS (YKSGR TI): Turkey’s fifth-biggest non-life insurer sold a property in western Izmir for 10.5 million liras ($6.6 million), making 7.71 million liras profit, according to a filing with the bourse after the close yesterday. Yapi Kredi Sigorta fell 10 kurus, or 0.6 percent, to 16.25 liras.
