May 17 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may have unusual price changes in Spanish and Portuguese trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are from the previous close.
Spain’s IBEX 35 Index rose 0.1 percent to 10,363.90. Portugal’s PSI-20 Index fell 0.3 percent to 7,741.96.
Azkoyen SA (AZK SM): The maker of vending machines posted first-quarter net income of 508,000 euros ($722,000) compared with a net loss of 1.9 million euros a year earlier, the company said in a regulatory filing. The shares fell 0.4 percent to 2.36 euros.
Endesa SA (ELE SM): The Spanish utility that’s controlled by Enel SpA is slated to hold presentations for analysts at its Madrid headquarters. The shares fell 1.2 percent to 23.41 euros.
Banco Comercial Portugues SA (BCP PL): Portugal’s biggest non-state bank in terms of assets acquired 99.01 percent of the perpetual subordinated securities that were the target of a swap offer in exchange for shares, NYSE Euronext said. Banco Comercial shares fell 1.3 percent to 54.8 euro cents.
