Bhakti, Harum Energy, United Tractors: Indonesia Equity Preview

April 28 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in Indonesian trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and share prices are as of the previous close.

The Jakarta Composite index rose 0.8 percent to 3,804.93.

PT Astra Otoparts (AUTO IJ): The producer of automotive and motorcycle parts plans a five-for-one stock split, Kontan reported, citing President Director Siswanto Prawiroatmodjo. Astra Otoparts will also pay a dividend of 592 rupiah per share, or a total of 456.5 billion rupiah ($53 million). The amount represents 40 percent of Astra Otoparts’ 2010 net income, the newspaper reported. The stock slid 0.6 percent to 16,750 rupiah.

PT Bhakti Investama (BHIT IJ): The investment company plans to sell a 10 percent stake in PT MNC Sky Vision in its initial public offering in the second half of this year, Investor Daily Indonesia reported, without saying where it got the information. Bhakti was unchanged at 167 rupiah.

PT Harum Energy (HRUM IJ): The coal producer will pay a dividend of 659.1 billion rupiah, or 244 rupiah per share, in June, Investor Daily reported, citing President Director Ray Antonio Gunara. The amount represents 80 percent of Harum Energy’s 2010 net income, the newspaper reported. The company has allocated $30 million for capital expenditure this year, the report said. Harum rose 0.5 percent to 9,400 rupiah.

PT United Tractors (UNTR IJ): Indonesia’s biggest heavy equipment seller said first-quarter net income increased to 1.3 trillion rupiah from 907 billion rupiah a year earlier. United Tractors rose 1.3 percent to 23,250 rupiah.
