Air China, Beigi Foton, Industrial Bank: China Equity Preview

April 29 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may have unusual price changes in China trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are as of the previous close.

The Shanghai Composite Index, which tracks the bigger of China’s stock exchanges, fell 1.3 percent to 2,887.04. The CSI 300 Index dropped 1.5 percent to 3,161.78.

Air China Ltd. (601111 CH) said first-quarter net income fell 23 percent to 1.67 billion yuan. Shares dropped 5 percent to 10.95 yuan.

Beiqi Foton Motor Co. (600166 CH) said first quarter net income fell 16 percent from a year earlier to 436.5 million yuan. Shares declined 4.5 percent to 19.98 yuan.

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co. (601601 CH) said first-quarter net income gained 23 percent from a year earlier to 3.45 billion yuan. Shares advanced 2 percent to 24 yuan.

Industrial Bank Co. (601166 CH) said net income for the first-quarter rose 28 percent from a year earlier to 5.2 billion yuan. The shares gained 2.8 percent to 30.21 yuan.

Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co. (000060 CH) said first quarter net income fell 20 percent from the same period a year earlier to 110 million yuan. Shares fell 0.7 percent to 18.94 yuan.
