RUSSIA DAYBOOK: Putin in Sweden; VTB, TNK-BP, Acron Earnings

April 27 (Bloomberg) -- Prime Minister Vladimir Putin holds talks in Stockholm with his Swedish counterpart Fredrik Reinfeldt and King Carl XVI Gustaf. Finance Ministry offers OFZ bonds. VTB, TNK-BP International and OAO Acron report 2010 earnings.

WHAT TO WATCH: *Putin and Russian executives meet Swedish officials and business leaders in Stockholm on the second day of a Baltic trip that started yesterday in Denmark. *OAO Lukoil directors hold board meeting. *OAO Sberbank Deputy Chief Executive Officer Andrey Donskikh speaks to reporters on the state-run lender’s performance in the first quarter at 1 p.m. *First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov chairs a meeting on preparations to host the 2018 World Cup soccer championship. *The State Statistics Service is scheduled to report weekly consumer-price changes. *The Finance Ministry plans to sell 20 billion rubles ($720 million) of domestic bonds, or OFZs, due in March 2018 at a yield between 7.65 and 7.75 percent.

EQUITY MOVERS: *VTB is scheduled to report 2010 earnings after 10 a.m. *Acron is scheduled to report 2010 earnings after 10 a.m. *TNK-BP is scheduled to report 2010 earnings after 10 a.m. *HMS Hydraulic Machines & Systems Group Plc is scheduled to report 2010 earnings at 10 a.m. *Mail.ru reported 2010 net income fell 9.4 percent to $152.8 million after the markets closed in Moscow yesterday.

MARKETS: *The Micex Index declined 0.2 percent to 1,766.28. *The dollar-denominated RTS Index added 0.1 percent to 2,033.32. *Russia’s benchmark 2018 ruble Eurobond was little changed, with the yield closing at 6.703 percent. *The ruble strengthened 0.2 percent to 27.7947 per dollar and was little changed at 40.6500 per euro. *The MSCI Emerging Markets Index rose 0.6 percent to 1,209.99 at 8:49 a.m. *Crude for June delivery rose 0.2 percent to $112.45 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 8:50 a.m. *Brent crude was little changed at $124.10 at 8:38 a.m. *Gold for immediate delivery rose 0.2 percent to $1,508.90 at 8:52 a.m.
