April 27 (Bloomberg) -- London & Stamford Property Plc, co-owner of the U.K.’s third-largest mall, agreed to buy One Carter Lane and Two Old Change Court from UBS Triton Property Fund for 75 million pounds ($124 million).
The site near St. Paul’s Cathedral in the City of London has 125,844 square feet (11,691 square meters) of offices and 6,810 square feet of retail space, the Guernsey-based company said today in a statement.
The buildings have an annual net income of 5.81 million pounds, 97 percent of which comes from Goldman Sachs International until 2018, London and Stamford said. Goldman has a tenant break clause in March 2013.
