Is Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (ISGYO TI): The Turkish property developer started talks with Kayi Holding AS to explore opportunities for investment in Russia, including in hotels, according to a filing with the bourse after the close yesterday. Is GYO gained 1 kurus, or 0.6 percent, to 1.8 liras.
Park Elektrik Uretim Madencilik Sanayi & Ticaret AS (PRKME TI): The Turkish power generator and miner’s parent company Park Holding AS got approval from Turkey’s privatization board to buy the southern power grid Akdeniz Elektrik Dagitim AS for $1.16 billion, according to a decision published in the Official Gazette today. Park Elektrik was unchanged at 4.22 liras.
Sinpas Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (SNGYO TI): The Turkish housing developer pre-sold 75 percent of the apartments in the Ottomare Suites project in Istanbul with partner Barwa, Milliyet newspaper reported. Sinpas GYO was unchanged at 2.13 liras.
