April 8 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may be active in Turkey. Symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the last close.
Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 index rose 841.23, or 1.2 percent, to 69,490.47 yesterday.
BIM Birlesik Magazalar AS (BIMAS TI): The Turkish discount supermarket chain will propose to pay 182.2 million liras ($121 million), or 1.2 liras per share, in gross dividends from 2010 profit, it said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange after the market closed yesterday. BIM fell 50 kurus, or 0.9 percent, to 54.25 liras.
Trakya Cam Sanayi AS (TRKCM TI): The Turkish maker of flat and automobile glass, had its price estimate raised to 4.31 liras from 3.63 liras at Citigroup Inc., according to a report today. Trakya Cam gained 5 kurus, or 1.4 percent, to 3.64 liras.
Turk Hava Yollari AO (THYAO TI): The carrier known as Turkish Airlines had its price estimate cut to 6.5 liras from 8.2 liras at Citigroup. Turkish Airlines dropped 2 kurus, or 0.4 percent, to 4.5 liras.
