UN Plane Crashes in Congo, Kills Some Passengers, Spokesman Says

April 4 (Bloomberg) -- A United Nations plane crashed while attempting to land in Democratic Republic of Congo’s capital, Kinshasa, killing some passengers, Madnodje Mounoubai, a spokesman for the UN’s peacekeeping mission in the country, said by phone from the city today.
