April 4 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall in the Israeli market. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names and prices are from the last close unless otherwise stated.
The TA-25 Index gained 0.8 percent to 1,331.82 in Tel Aviv.
BSR Europe Ltd. (BSRU IT): The real-estate company said it’s considering a 144 million-shekel ($42 million) bond sale in Tel Aviv. BSR was unchanged at 7.662 shekels.
Kardan NV (KRNV IT): The Dutch-Israeli property investor said it will post a 4 million-euro ($5.7 million) gain from GTC Real Estate China Ltd.’s sale of its stake in Hangzhou International Financial Center Co. Kardan increased 0.2 percent to 19.02 shekels.
Ness Technologies Inc. (NSTC IT): Vector Capital Corp., a San Francisco-based venture capital firm, is in advanced talks to buy the computer-services provider for $300 million, Calcalist reported, without saying where it got the information. Ness climbed 2.6 percent to 22.78 shekels.
