Mitsubishi Chemical to Sell Organic Solar Cells, Nikkei Reports

April 3 (Bloomberg) -- Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. plans to begin sales of organic thin-film solar cells by the middle of 2012, the Nikkei newspaper reported, without saying how it obtained the information. The unit of Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corp. aims to sell 20 billion yen ($238 million) worth of the devices in 2015, equivalent to 30 megawatts of power, Nikkei reported.
