Celebi, Koza Altin, Sinpas: Turkey Equity Market Preview

March 25 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may be active in Turkey. Symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the last close.

Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 index rose 636.22, or 1 percent, to 64,355.86 yesterday.

Celebi Hava Servisi AS (CLEBI TI): The Turkish airport services company bid for the rights to operate Brussels National Airport’s ground handling services for seven years, it said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange after the market closed yesterday. Celebi climbed 65 kurus, or 2.6 percent, to 25.25 liras.

Dogan Yayin Holding AS (DYHOL TI): Turkey’s biggest media group said the country’s top administrative court approved a lower court ruling in favor of its unit Dogan Produksiyon Hizmetleri AS in a case concerning a payment order for 862.9 million liras ($557 million) in backtaxes and fines from 2006, according to a statement to the bourse today. Dogan Yayin gained 3 kurus, or 1.5 percent, to 2 liras.

Koza Altin Isletmeleri AS (KOZAL TI): The Turkish gold miner’s owners Koza-Ipek Holding AS, ATP Insaat & Ticaret AS, Koza Anadolu Metal Madencilik Isletmeleri AS and Ipek Matbaacilik Sanayi & Ticaret AS will sell up to 16.8 million shares in the company, Koza Altin said in a statement to the bourse after the market closed yesterday. Koza Altin advanced 40 kurus, or 1.9 percent, to 21.75 liras.
