Feb. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Publicis Groupe SA said it acquired the Holler digital ad agency in London to enhance the digital capability at its Leo Burnett Group in the U.K.
Holler, which specializes in social media and branded entertainment, works with clients including Red Bull, Global Radio and Channel 4, Publicis said in a statement today. No purchase price was disclosed.
The acquisition is part of Publicis’s plan to expand revenue from digital activities. Publicis is aiming to gain 35 percent of its revenue from digital in three years, up from 28 percent now, the company said.
