Agropur May Lose Yoplait License in Canada, Canadian Press Says

Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Agropur, a Canadian dairy cooperative, is considering starting a new brand as it may lose the license to market Yoplait products in Canada, Canadian Press said, citing Chief Executive Officer Pierre Claprood.

The Canadian license held jointly by Agropur and Agrifoods expires in 2013, and Yoplait bought rival Quebec-based yogurt maker Liberte in December, the news agency said in a French-language report.
