Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 index fell 403.41, or 0.6 percent, to 64,905.59 yesterday.
Dogus GE Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (DGGYO TI): The real estate investment trust’s parent Dogus Holding AS will offer to buy shares from Dogus GE GYO’s minority shareholders between Feb. 14 and Feb. 25, the holding said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange after the market closed yesterday. Dogus Holding will announce the share call price on Feb. 9, based on $1.17 per share it paid to buy Dogus GE GYO’s 25.5 percent stake from General Electric Co. on Jan. 3, it said. Dogus GE GYO gained 1 kurus, or 0.6 percent, to 1.83 liras.
Reysas Tasimacilik & Lojistik Ticaret AS (RYSAS TI): The Turkish freight transporter repaid a $50 million loan it got from Akbank TAS (AKBNK TI) in January 2010. The company repaid $52.5 million including interest, it said in a statement to the bourse today. Reysas Tasimacilik was unchanged at 2.13 liras.
