Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may be active in Turkey. Symbols are in parentheses and prices are from the last close.
Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 index fell 1,579.19, or 2.4 percent, to 63,727.95 yesterday.
Akenerji Elektrik Uretim AS (AKENR TI): The Turkish power generator said it’s not aware of any plans by CEZ AS (CEZ CP), the Czech energy company that part-owns the company, to sell a stake, according to a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange after the market closed yesterday. Turkey’s Akkok group and CEZ are the owners. Akenerji fell 2 kurus, or 0.6 percent, to 3.18 liras.
BIM Birlesik Magazalar AS (BIMAS TI): The Turkish retailer had its price estimate raised to 60 liras from 44.5 liras at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., according to an emailed report today. BIM dropped 1.25 liras, or 2.4 percent, to 51.75 liras.
Enka Insaat & Sanayi AS (ENKAI TI): The Turkish builder was raised to “neutral” from “reduce” at Nomura Holdings Inc., according to an emailed report today. Enka was unchanged at 6.16 liras.
Nurol Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (NUGYO TI): The real estate investment trust won a 111.8 million liras ($70 million) contract from the government’s housing agency Toki to develop a housing project in Istanbul’s Mecidiyekoy district, it said in a statement to the bourse after the market closed yesterday. Nurol fell 14 kurus, or 3.3 percent, to 4.16 liras.
