Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Export Development Canada raised its growth forecast for the global economy, and predicted the nation’s exporters will benefit from an improved U.S. outlook.
Canada’s economy will grow at a pace of 2.7 percent this year, and the nation’s shipments abroad will advance by 5.8 percent, according to a statement by the export financing agency. Global growth will be 4.2 percent this year, the agency said.
