*CapitaMall Trust (CT SP): The shopping mall landlord partly owned by Singapore’s biggest property developer CapitaLand Ltd. will release its fourth-quarter earnings before market open today. *First Ship Lease Trust (FSLT): The trust, which leases container ships and tankers, said it would distribute $5.7 million, or 0.95 U.S. cents per unit, to investors for the fourth quarter of 2010. *M1 Ltd. (M1 SP): Singapore’s smallest mobile-phone company said fourth-quarter net income increased 1 percent to S$37.5 million ($29 million) from a year ago. *Pacific Shipping Trust (PST SP): The operator of container ships said fourth-quarter profit fell 8 percent to $6.6 million from a year ago. *Rotary Engineering Ltd. (RTRY SP): The builder of storage tanks for the oil and gas industry said it won a contract, valued at S$14.6 million, from Stepan Asia Pte. *Singapore Exchange Ltd. (SGX SP): The operator of the city’s derivatives and securities exchange said it will allow mining and energy exploration companies without an earnings track record to list on the bourse’s Catalist board for smaller companies from Feb 1. These companies must have established mineral deposits and oil and gas reserves, the company said in a statement. In a separate statement, the exchange said news reports that the Bombay Stock Exchange was planning to take legal action against it were inaccurate and without basis. *Sky China Petroleum Services Ltd. (SKYP SP): The provider of oilfield drilling services said it placed an order for an oil tanker, valued at 85.3 million yuan ($13 million).
