Dec. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Simon Hughes, deputy leader of the U.K.’s Liberal Democratic Party, will be appointed Advocate for Access to Education by Prime Minister David Cameron and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg today, the Financial Times reported, without saying where it got the information.
