Dec. 24 (Bloomberg) -- The AEX-Index fell 0.29, or 0.1 percent to 355.92 at the 2:00 p.m. close in Amsterdam. The gauge has risen 1.1 percent this week, its fourth consecutive weekly gain. Belgium’s Bel20 Index dropped 0.4 percent to 2,625.84.

InnoConcepts NV (INNOC NA) plunged 67 percent to 1 euro cent after the provider of marketing services to inventors was declared bankrupt by the local District Court in Den Bosch yesterday, according to a statement by the company’s trustee Louis Deterink.
TomTom NV (TOM2 NA) surged 4.7 percent to 7.82 euros, paring the previous day’s decline. Europe’s biggest maker of personal navigation devices will increase its workforce to 4,000 from 3,500 over the next year, Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reported today, citing an interview with Chief Executive Officer Harold Goddijn.
