Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies had unusual price changes in Sao Paulo trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of 3:15 p.m. New York time. Preferred shares are usually the most-traded class of stock.
The Bovespa Index dropped 0.8 percent to 67,306.39.
Cia. de Concessoes Rodoviarias (CCRO3 BS) rose 2.8 percent to 44.52 reais. Brazil’s biggest toll-road operator gained after Finance Minister Guido Mantega unveiled measures to stimulate the domestic corporate debt market and supply longer-term credit for infrastructure investments.
Cia. Energetica de Minas Gerais (CMIG4 BS) gained 2.6 percent to 29.14 reais. The state-controlled utility known as Cemig said it will pay 900 million reais ($529 million) of extraordinary dividends on Dec. 29.
Fleury SA (FLRY3 BS) advanced 2.6 percent to 25.65 reais. The Brazilian provider of medical services climbed to a record after agreeing to buy rival Labs D’Or for 1.04 billion reais.
