Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Denmark’s Economy and Business Affairs Minister, Brian Mikkelsen, said his Conservative party will fight for another income tax cut in the next parliamentary term, Copenhagen-based newspaper Borsen said.
After next year’s elections, the highest marginal tax should be no higher than 50 percent, Mikkelsen said in an interview according to Borsen.
He repeated his previous proposal that corporate taxes should also be lowered and added that any tax cut would have to be paid for with spending cuts elsewhere, Borsen said.
