Ghana Will Get $53 Million From EU for 2011 Budget, Times Says

Ghana will receive a grant of 40 million euros ($53.5 million) from the European Union next year for its 2011 budget, the Ghanaian Times reported.

The money will be spent on projects determined by the government, the Accra-based newspaper said, citing the head of cooperation of the EU delegation to Ghana, Kurt Cornelis.
