Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall in Israeli markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses after the company names and prices are from the close unless otherwise stated.
The TA-25 Index gained 0.2 percent to 1,284.66 in Tel Aviv.
Cellcom Israel Ltd. (CEL IT): A purported class action lawsuit was filed by two plaintiffs against the mobile-phone provider in the District Court of Central Region following a network malfunction earlier this month, the company said in a statement. Cellcom advanced 0.2 percent to 126.80 shekels.
Clal Industries & Investments Ltd. (CII IT): The investment company plans to spend as much as $80 million to expand a power plant at Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises Ltd., TheMarker reported. Clal added 0.4 percent to 27.49 shekels.
Israel Discount Bank Ltd. (DSCT IT): Israel’s third-largest lender raised 263.8 million shekels ($73 million) by selling shares to the public. Discount increased 1.4 percent to 7.785 shekels.
Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd. (MZTF IT): The share-price estimate of Israel’s fourth-largest bank was raised to 51 shekels at Deutsche Bank AG. Mizrahi rose 1.4 percent to 38.40 shekels.
