Arcadis, ING Groep, Vastned Retail: Benelux Equity Preview

Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may have unusual price changes in Benelux markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and prices are from the previous close.

The AEX-Index in Amsterdam advanced less than 0.1 percent to 342.34. Belgium’s Bel20 Index dropped 3.58, or 0.1 percent, to 2611.41. Luxembourg’s LuxX Index fell 0.3 percent to 1,471.26.

Dutch stocks:

Arcadis NV (ARCAD NA): The biggest Dutch designer of bridges and dikes said it won a contract worth $65 million for works on a thermonuclear power plant in Brazil. Arcadis gained 0.8 percent to 16.745 euros.

ING Groep NV (INGA NA): The biggest Dutch financial-services company will no longer rebalance its hedge portfolio, which was used to hedge employee options and facilitate share programs. ING dropped 0.9 percent to 7.38 euros.

Vastned Retail NV (VASTN NA): The Dutch real estate company with operations in Spain and France was downgraded to “Neutral” from ”Overweight” at JPMorgan. Vastned rose 0.3 percent to 49.655 euros.

Belgian stocks:

Cofinimmo SA (COFB BB): Belgium’s largest real-estate investment fund was cut to “Underweight” from “Neutral” at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Cofinimmo rose 1 percent to 98.72 euros.
