Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Ace Cogeneration Co. restored production at a coal-fired electricity generator in Southern California.
The company’s 118.3-megawatt plant was operating at full capacity as of 3:15 p.m. local time today, the California Independent System Operator said in a report.
The plant had 22.3 megawatts curtailed at the same time yesterday in an unplanned outage, a previous report showed. The power plant is in Trona, 170 miles (275 kilometers) northeast of Los Angeles.
Baltimore-based Constellation Energy Group Inc. owns 32 megawatts in the Ace Cogeneration plant. One megawatt is enough for about 800 typical U.S. homes.
