Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- TalkTalk Telecom Group Plc and Virgin Media Inc. may be candidates for takeovers because their broadband capabilities might be appealing, UBS AG said, according to the New York Times.

Wolters Kluwer NV, a Dutch publisher, might also become a bid candidate because its shares are inexpensive, UBS said, according to the Times.
