Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Lesotho’s central bank will issue three- and five-year treasury bonds with coupon rates of 8.25 percent and 9 percent respectively, the central bank said in an e-mailed statement today.
The central bank in the capital, Maseru, will sell 25 million maloti ($3.6 million) of three-year bonds and 37 million maloti of five-year bonds on Dec. 8. It will accept minimum competitive bids of 100,000 maloti and non-competitive bids of 5,000 maloti.
