Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- European Credit Management Ltd., which oversees about 11 billion euros ($14.6 billion) of assets, hired a portfolio manager and two analysts as it reshuffled its senior management.
Andre Mazzella joins from hedge fund manager CQS UK LLP as lead high-yield portfolio manager in London, the company said in a statement. Duncan Warwick-Champion was hired from Vanguard Group Inc. as lead investment-grade corporate analyst and Satish Pulle, formerly a financials trader and analyst at Bank of America Corp., joins as lead financials analyst, ECM said.
Chief Executive Officer Steven Blakey has become chairman and will be replaced in his current role by Chief Investment Officer Stephen Zinser, said the company, which is majority owned by Wells Fargo & Co. in San Francisco. Frances Hutchinson, former head of research, will be head of business and strategic planning, while Ross Pamphilon has become head of investments.
Matthew Craston has been appointed head of alternative investments and is responsible for the loans team, now headed by Torben Ronberg, and the special situations program, the company said.
