Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Netherlands Finance Minister Kees de Jager rejects the idea of a joint Eurobond, WirtschaftsWoche magazine said in a news release previewing its Dec. 6 edition.
“It would be wrong to bundle the different risks together,” because markets would no longer be able to penalize bad economic policy, the magazine cited the minister as saying.
With Germany and the Netherlands not participating, such a bond wouldn’t be a success, the magazine cited de Jager as saying.
