Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Arnaud Clement and Michael Llodra rallied to defeat Nenad Zimonjic and Viktor Troicki in five sets to give France a 2-1 lead over Serbia in the Davis Cup tennis final.
Clement and Llodra won 3-6, 6-7 (3-7), 6-4, 7-5, 6-4 in Belgrade to move within one more victory of its 10th Davis Cup title overall and first since 2001. Serbia is playing in the final for the first time.
Serbia’s Novak Djokovic is scheduled to play Gael Monfils in tomorrow’s first reverse singles match, followed by Janko Tipsarevic taking on France’s Giles Simon.
