Gazprom ‘Partly Guaranteed’ Ukraine Transit Volumes, IFX Says

Russian state-run monopoly OAO Gazprom “partly guaranteed” that it would ship an annual 112 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the next five years through Ukraine, Interfax reported, citing Ukraine’s Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko.

Gazprom will also pay $1.5 billion in advance for transit fees, Boyko said, according to Interfax.
