Dec. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Czech President Vaclav Klaus proposed taxing solar power producers for only next year instead of for three years as planned by the government, Hospodarske Noviny reported, citing the president.
The proposal should limit the danger of arbitration procedures against the government, the newspaper said. Klaus’s proposal is not welcome by the government as it would increase household electricity prices next year, according to the report.
