Dec. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Taiwan plans to add a tax for people who sell their residential apartments within a year of purchase, the Economic Daily News reported, citing an unidentified official at the Ministry of Finance. The tax could be as high as 30 percent, the Taipei-based Chinese-language daily said.
