Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Pacific LNG Operations Ltd., developer of a liquefied natural gas venture in Papua New Guinea, said it has appointed Timothy Goh Kok Aun as director of legal and commercial affairs.
Goh was a director at a Singapore law firm and had previously worked for PowerSeraya Ltd. and Jurong International Group, Pacific LNG said in an e-mailed statement today.
Pacific LNG, an affiliate of Clarion Finanz AG, owns 47.5 percent of Liquid Niugini Gas Ltd. that’s building an LNG project in Papua New Guinea.
LNG is natural gas chilled to liquid form for transport by tankers to destinations not connected by pipeline.
