Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) -- AT&T Inc. and BT Group Plc, which operate the world’s biggest high-definition video-conferencing networks, have established the first network operator telepresence exchange, the Financial Times reported.
The agreement will make it possible for telepresence business customers on either network to schedule meetings and connect with any other telepresence user on the networks, the newspaper said.
At first, however, they will need to be using Cisco Systems Inc.’s CTS equipment, the FT said.
