Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Hess Corp., the New York City-based oil company, returned to normal production levels at its Port Reading, New Jersey, refinery over the weekend, according to an e-mailed statement.
The company completed work on a fluid catalytic cracker after idling production at the refinery last week, Hess said at the time.
The Port Reading refinery, 10 miles (16 kilometers) from New York City, can produce about 70,000 barrels a day of gasoline and other fuels for markets in the northeast U.S., according to the company’s website.
