Japan Tries to Arrange Meeting With China Premier, NHK Reports

Japan is trying to arrange a meeting between Prime Minister Naoto Kan and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao at a gathering hosted by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations starting on Oct. 28, Japan’s national broadcaster NHK reported, without saying where it got the information.

The move comes after China yesterday released the last of four Japanese nationals who were detained for allegedly entering a restricted military area, report said.
