Japan to Relax Rules on U.S. Charters at Haneda, Nikkei Says

Oct. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Japan’s Transport Ministry plans to loosen rules on sales of tickets for U.S. charter flights at Haneda Airport and cargo charters across Japan, to spur tourism and woo low-cost airlines, Nikkei English News said, without citing anyone.
